The House of Lords of Cycoldia is the subordinate legislature to the General Assembly. It was created on 12 May 2022 via the passage of the Lords Act of 2022. The House of Lords is notable for lacking autonomy as a legislature, with it requiring the assent of all presiding officers of the General Assembly to be able to pass any legislation, as well as the House of Lords not having passed any legislation, with the only voted on motion in the House of Lords having failed, it being a motion to make Christopher Tran the Speaker.
