The February 2024 Special Election was a special election for the General Assembly in Cycoldia. It elected for the Thirteenth General Assembly's Septenary Seat, which Thaddaeus Miller sat for. The special election was triggered by the General Assembly Voting Act of 2023 as Miller had not debated or voted in the General Assembly for four weeks. Miller lost the election to Mats Seifert, who currently sits for the seat.

Polling
Olympia Polling orchestrated a poll on behalf of Empreton Holdings in February previous to the election, which projected Mats Seifert to come in first place, while Lewis Ross — the least likely to win the election. The polling had fifteen responses, and was emailed to all citizens of Cycoldia by the Citizenship Committee.[1]

Results
Following the tallying of votes, the Condorcet winner was tied between Mats Seifert and Plamen Iliev II, and the winner was determined through Instant-runoff voting as dictated by the General Assembly. Mats Seifert won the fourth round with 53.33% of the vote.
