The Foreign & Colonial Office is a ministry within the Grand Republic of Cycoldia and the Cycoldian Imperium responsible for managing the foreign relations of Cycoldia as well as managing all internal affairs of the Cycoldian Imperium. It was created via a merger of the Foreign Office and the Colonial Office when Arthur Lacey-Scott served in both positions. It was done to better manage both foreign affairs as well as internal affairs of the Cycoldian Imperium.

The head of the F&C is the Foreign & Colonial Minister. This is regarded as one of the most prestigious positions in the Cabinet. The first ever Foreign Minister was Avery Prasatik, and the first ever Colonial Minister was Arthur Lacey-Scott. The current Foreign & Colonial Office Minister is Christopher Tran, who was appointed on 3 May 2023, after a gap in his service from the term of Arthur Lacey-Scott.
