Relations between the Cycoldian Imperium and Hokoria have been friendly throughout their history. Despite formalising foreign relations, Hokoria does not maintain a permanent diplomatic mission to the Cycoldian Imperium, either individually as each member state, or collectively with the Grand Republic of Cycoldia. Despite this Hokoria does maintain an ambassador, however they do not presently have a full embassy. Through this they primarily manage relations through private avenues.

While not including a permanent diplomatic mission to the Cycoldian Imperium, since 30 April 2024 Hokoria has maintained an ambassador to Cycoldia, with Willow Dziedzic[a] presenting their letter of credence to Christina I & II on the following day.[1][2]
