The Municipality of Ceaburg, usually referred as Ceaburg is the Capital City of the Republic of Vinland, and one of its three administrative regions.
History & Etymology
The name "Ceaburg" refers to the very roots of the of the Socialist Republic of Vinland. Indeed when it was founded in December 2022 by Alaixaiy Braus, the name of the Socialist Republic of Vinland was the Chancellery of Ceaburg. Thus during the establishment of the Principality of Vinland in March 2023, it was decided to name the Capital city Ceaburg in order to honor and remember the beginning of the Vinlandic history.
Role within the Socialist Republic of Vinland
The Municipality of Ceaburg is the Capital City of the Socialist Republic of Vinland, both de facto and de jure. Indeed it hosts the entirety of the Government's institutions, which includes the four Vinlandic Ministries, and the HSIA's Head Quarters. It is also the place where are located the diplomatic missions of other micronations, as well as their embassies in the countries. It also part of the Central Police District of the Civil Guard.
