The Attorney General is one of the highest personality of the Republic of Vinland. They are in charge of the Judicial system, and ensuring that justice function well, in a clear and fair way.
Office
The Attorney General is appointed for a six years duration by the Representatives of the Congress of Vinland, according to the Constitution. a Representative of the Congress can be elected as well, and is allowed, for now, to perform their duties both as Representative, and Attorney General. However, the president Alaixaiy Braus, stated that this measure was only due to the reduced size of the Vinlandic population, and that, when the population will be more important, Attorney Generals shall not be allowed to serve another office.
