The Federal Territory of Guttenberg, more commonly known as Guttenberg, is a territory of the Federal Republic of Mabruenia. It was founded on December 1st, 2023, when President Fleming of Mabruenia decided to create a territory within her school. The territory is currently ran by a Territory governor, and is a constitutional republic along with Mabruenia. Guttenberg currently has no relations outside of Mabruenia.
History
On December 1st, 2023, Guttenberg was founded by President Fleming of Mabruenia. It was first called Core Istein, but later in Janurary Fleming Didn't like the name, so she changed it to Guttenberg on Janurary 10th, 2024. April 24th, 2024, the headquarters of The International Council of Micronations was moved to the territory.

The government is a constitutional republic with no departments as of April 25th, 2024. The territory is ran by a Territory governor, who is the head of state and the government.
