The Royal Government of Hokoria, formerly known as the Central Government of Hokoria, is the central governing body of the State of Hokoria. The Royal Government of Hokoria governs Hokoria under the control of the Monarch and the elected Chancellor as according to the Act of Government, having a total of 4 branches of government. It was established on 11 March 2023.
History
The Royal Government of Hokoria was formed on 11 March 2023, as the Central Government of Hokoria, as according to the Act of Government, which established it. Terms in the government typically last 2 months, with the Chancellor being democratically elected from 1 June 2023.
First government
The 1st Central Government of Hokoria was appointed and active from the 11th March 2023 to the 1st May 2023. The Chancellor was appointed by the acting Head of State, Willow Cizdeizd I upon the State of Hokoria's foundation.

There were two resignations during this term, from Andrew and Oberholtz who both served in the Department of Exterior Affairs. The Department of Exterior Affairs' mission was later taken over by the Foreign Service of Hokoria.
Second government
The 2nd Central Government of Hokoria was appointed and active from the 11th May 2023 to the 1st July 2023. During this term, the Department of Exterior Affairs and the Office of National Intelligence were left unmaintained.

The third government saw the first ever democratic leader of the Central Government of Hokoria, Iker Rodríguez Rodríguez of the Democratic Party of Hokoria. Rodríguez later resigned with the election runner-up, Laurel Mary Bäch of the Social Democratic Party, being appointed in their place.
Fourth government
The 4th Central Government of Hokoria was appointed and active from the 1st September 2023 to the 15th September 2023.

This term saw the resignation of the acting Head of State, Willow Cizdeizd I, with the term coming to an end as a result of Cizdeizd's appointments being invalid. This was the shortest term in the history of the Central Government of Hokoria.

This was the first term with Aaron Ross as the Head of State. Iker Rodríguez Rodríguez also returned as the Chancellor. There was one removal from government, with Wacky Aytc-H being replaced by Willow Cizdeizd I in the Department of Exterior Affairs. Xander Edwards deserted their position in government on the 4th December 2023.
Structure
The Royal Government of Hokoria is the main governing body in the State of Hokoria, consisting of many branches that are each managed by an official. The four main positions within the Royal Government of Hokoria are the Monarch (Head of the State), Chancellor (Head of the Government), Royal Officers and Royal Duty Officers.
Head of the State
The Head of the State has the duty of overseeing the operation of the Royal Government of Hokoria, as well as managing the democratic processes within the State of Hokoria. As a total monarchy, the Head of the State must provide direct or indirect approval for any action within the Royal Government of Hokoria. The Head of the State position is held by the reigning monarch.
Head of the Government
The Head of the Government has the duty of managing the Royal Government of Hokoria, providing insight and leadership whilst working alongside the Head of the State to see national progress and maintain leadership. The Head of the Government position is held by the serving Chancellor, an official that is elected by the people.
Royal Officer
Royal Officers have the duty of managing a branch of the Royal Government of Hokoria, ensuring that the branch meets the targets set by the Head of the Government and seeing that branch operations are conducted in an efficient manner.
